Please remember that Hawaii is 6 Hours behind the east coast, and 3 hours behind the west coast. You can reach us by phone Monday through Friday from 7:30 am - 3:30 pm Hawaii Standard Time. You can send us an email at any time, and it will be answered immediately in most cases, 7 days a week.
When can i order/receive flowers?
You can order flowers online or by phone. Same day shipment for Tropical flowers is possible if received before 9am HST.
We require at least 1 day to make and ship the leis, in some cases we can ship the same day, but only a few selections, please call to confirm.
East coast: Delivery is WEDNESDAY TO FRIDAY, DELIVERY TAKES 2 DAYS IN ALL CASES.
West coast: Delivery is WEDNESDAY TO FRIDAY, DELIVERY TAKES 2 DAYS NORMALLY. YOU CAN CHOOSE TO HAVE AN OVERNIGHT DELIVERY FOR AN ADDITIONAL $10.00, WHICH MEANS TUESDAYS IS POSSIBLE TOO.
NO MONDAY DELIVERIES. ALL ORDERS WILL BE MOVED TO THE NEXT SHIPPING DATE WHICH IS MONDAY.
How should tropial flowers be arranged?
Just clip the ends for a loose flower arangement, place the stems in the vase, pull flowers out and trim a bit here and there until you have a pleasing overall shape - this leaves the flowers available for regular trimming so they stay fresh the longest. A more planned arrangement is achieved by placing the stems one at a time in one hand until you're happy with the look, tie the stems together, and trim the bottom of the stems even.
What are the longest lasting tropical flowers?
Anthuriums will last from 7 to 14 days depending on care and variety. Dendrobium Orchids will last from 5 to 8 days, while Oncidium Orchids will last 7 to 10 days. Tropicals vary widely, but should last up to 5 days for the most delicate, 8 days for the hardier types. All of this depends not only on the flower care in the home, but also the climatic conditions. All tropical flowers need fresh water, misting, and avoidance of heat sources and drafts.

What tropical flowers are easiest to arrange?
The Orchids are the very easiest, simply place in a vase and they will naturally arch and fill the space beautifully. Anthuriums and Tropicals encourage creativity - they look beautiful just placed in a vase (exactly what our pictures show), or you can get very artistic experimenting with different sizes and placement of stems.
How will my order be sent?
Your order will be shipped using the fastest FedEx delivery method available from Hawaii to ensure freshness. Packages usually arrive overnight to the west coast,however in certain cases it will take two days. All other destinations take 2 days from Hawaii.
When should I place my order?
You can place your order as early as you like! We welcome early orders, because it gives us time to plan our inventory. However, even if you place your order last minute, don't worry, orders can usually be sent out the next business day after you place your order. We send out orders MONDAY THRU WEDNESDAY ONLY.
Cancellation Policy
We normally do not refund money once the order has been placed. We issue a credit towards an order or multiple orders in the future. Once your order is received, the flowers will be ordered and/or reserved. Cancellations the same day are ok
